Reconcile Entries from 2 sheets

Hello, I need some help please. I am trying to reconcile data from two workbooks.

1. First work book have Names with date of service (DOS)
2. Second workbook comes from insurance and just shows name, date of service, amount paid, Control or invoice number (in pdf that I convert to excel)

I am trying to import payment details from second workbook to the first based on Name/DOS validation (Amount paid, date paid, Invoice number)

I am sure this may have been answered previously but I could not find it in the system - (test file loaded)

i made 2 tables and linked them with a key they both have
and then index match to get the data from the insurance tab

thank you Joske920 -- My real list is for patients that have their own assigned 'number' -- Using your direction, I can try to use that "key" .. thank you
