    Extract specific number of characters if word in cell begins with specific text

    Hi friends,

    I would like ask you for help with 1 formula what I am trying to use.

    I need to extract from list 10 characters from words which begin with "210". Refer to example below, where you can see it in column A "Data" and then column B "Result" where is written what I need to extract.
