CF formula to make date green on one criteria and amber on another

That's it really :-).

Cell I2 contains a date 28/10/2021 and I just want (in the CF) that where the current today's date is = to the 28th or any time preceding the 28th, the cell would be green.

It's kinda confirming that it's either not due yet or it's due but the due date hasn't passed by and is still available for the person to complete their action, so all is good.

Secondly in the same cell, as soon as it flipped over to the 29th I'd want it to turn amber.

Apologies but where I work I'm not allowed to email anywhere outside of the organisation or save docs to a USB so I can't get a sample file out to be able to link to it here in this post. I'm hoping it's simple enough as it's just the one cell .
