Number of Days Calculation

I for the life of me don't know why I am having such a hard time with this one as soon as someone answers this I'm going to be like of course! lol

I have a Start Date and End Date I need the total number of days not the difference in days this is the formula I have so far..

=(DAYS(U11,T11))+1

However I want to carry the formula down to empty rows that do not yet have both start dates and end dates so if the date equals "1" because both start date and end date are empty I want it to return blank
If there is only a Start Date currently it returns a negative value and I want it to return Blank in that scenario as well.

I know there is multiple formulas to calculate the difference in days I'm not set on using this one specifically if there is a better one that works for this case.

Try this:

=IF(OR(U11="",T11=""),"",U11-T11+1)

Copy down as required.
