3 arguments in if statements

Hi

What formula do you use In cell c3 if want the answer to be

o < 12 "MONTHLY"
o Between 12-24 "BI-MONTHLY"
o >24 "YEARLY"

based on data in cell C2

I attached spreadsheet

If anyone can help I appreciate it!

I can only assume you mean the number in B3. C3 is then this:
