Question Need a sumifs/Index & match or any other formula for my requirement

I have explained my query in the excel sheet i have uploaded. please please help me.

The issue is very simple but complicated. I have 2 sheets. Sheet 1 is raw data and in sheet 2 i want results. Vlookup, sumifs, (index & match) formulas are not working with the data i have. there are 3 set of results i need. I have data of entire month. first one is day wise category wise sale result. I use sumifs so if i change date the sale of specific date and category is reflecting in sheet 2. but second and third one are week and month results, getting complicated. if i use sumifs entire week/months sale is reflecting but for example if i enter 15th date of the month and day is Thursday i want sale of first 15 days in month and Mon to thu sale of that particular week in week results. hope you understand my query and help me. Please ignore the other formulas i'm using in excel. in raw data column not colored (E:J) are system generated.
