Hi!
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I've tried making a function that counts the amount of cases where in a sheet called Tiedot, G2:G300 is "Sini R" AND K2:K300 is blank. Everytime I think I've figured it out there's an error.
I'd be grateful if someone took the time to write that function so I can see what I've been doing wrong.

What is the formula? Are the 'blanks' really blank?
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
