Filter Formula with and or

Hello I have a file I am trying to use filter function for in order to create a list of users who are assigned to a specific location and need to take a certain class. What I keep getting is anyone assigned the system no matter the location they are at. I have attached a file for example with the filter I have tried to use and the outcome I am looking for. One thing to keep in mind, this formula will be inside a bigger formula already capturing users who are assigned a class and providing a list based on that class where location does not matter. Please let me know if there are any questions or if further explanation is needed. Thank you for your help.

You need an extra set of brackets around the or section of the formula
