Looking for a formula to count consecutive blank cells

I have a calendar where i need to be able return the value of 1 for only cells that have 90 consecutive blanks.

do you have an example of your calendar, that you can upload so we can see what you are talking about?

File should now be uploaded titled test. Column O will total all occurrences based on the color key. If an individual has 90 days with out an occurrence i need to calculate that in column P and subtract that from the total number.
