    Lookup / Countifs / Averageifs based on Quarter & Year

    Hi,

    My s/s currently has the correct formulas for below based on Year. I was hoping someone would be able to help me fill in for the quarter by year starting in 
    J16:Z23
    . Please let me know if you have any questions.
