Can you help me please - I'm trying to get the value from a table basing on 2 criterias. I attached an example - the formula returns an error, what am I doing wrong?

Try
=INDEX(Data!$C$3:$AY$4,MATCH(Sheet1!A2,Data!$B$3:$B$4,0),MATCH(Sheet1!B2,Data!$C$2:$AY$2,0))
