IF function using dates

Hi,

I need to do a few if functions with three outcomes but cant get my head around it, so basically it needs to be this:

If the date is past today() then needs to say OVERDUE
If the date is due 60 to prior today needs to say BOOK NOW
If the day is anytime up to 60 prior needs to say OK

I haven't got anything made as yet to send over but stumbled at this thought.

Any help would be appreciated.
