I manage a fishing charter boat and need to advance my spreadsheet.

I already have a linked document to the calendar but am hoping to find someone who has
Already developed a more sophisticated sheet that I can use.

Do not want an online version.

It would help if you attached your sample Excel workbook so we can see what you have already. The yellow banner at the top of the screen gives instructions for how to do this.

Take a look at this thread:

for an example of a boat rental file which incorporates a calendar and checks for clashes. If you read through all the posts you will see that there were 10 boats available which could be hired out for differing periods (hourly, half-days, weekly etc.), which may be similar to your requirements.

Your attachment doesn't really explain what you would like to do.

Did you have a look at the attachment that I provided in the link that I gave you? Is that something you could work with?
