Show next appointment and update automatically

Hello to the Excel Forum Community,

in my Outlook calendar I have several series e. g.
    "Occurs every 5 week(s) on Friday effective 21/01/2022 until 31/12/2022 from 14:00 to 14:30".

Now i'm looking for a formula in Excel that shows me the next appointment based on the series as I don't want to update manually.

Does anyone have a tutorial for this or can explain how I set this up?

    Thank you and best regards

Thank you very much for you fast reply.

Unfortunately I have only basic knowledge in Excel. Therefore, I can do little with the formal. I understand that here is worked with the counting function.

Where do I enter your formula? I assume I cannot just simply copy and paste your formula.
Can you tell me with what keywords I might find a tutorial for this?

You posted in the formula section but have been offered a VBA coded solution (not a formula).

If a VBA solution is not suitable for you (e.g. because you need the solution to work in a browser environment), then please let us know.

I doubt it's possible without VBA.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with a formula.

You open the VBA Editor with ALT+F11 ->> rightclick on the project -> insert module -> paste the code there and run it.
But given the fact that you don't have VBA knowledge, it will be hard to rewrite/use that code for your desires...
