ARRAY ctrl+Shift+Enter not working

Just a (hopefully) quick one - I am unable to get an array formula to work when I ctrl shift enter - I have tried a few options from other threads but nothing is working.

I am looking to get the formula to match a word in a list to a string, I have tried both the below formula's;
- {=TEXTJOIN(",",TRUE,IF(COUNTIF(D8,"*"&'Admin - PLEASE EDIT'!$A$14:$A$150&"*"),'Admin - PLEASE EDIT'!$A$14:$A$150,""))}
- {=INDEX(CampaignTheme,MATCH(TRUE,ISNUMBER(SEARCH(CampaignTheme,B5)),0))}
- {=INDEX('Admin - PLEASE EDIT'!$A$14:$A$150,MATCH(TRUE,ISNUMBER(SEARCH('Admin - PLEASE EDIT'!$A$14:$A$150,B5)),0))}

The list itself is built so that you can keep adding, without all the cells being filled, which I am not sure is causing the issues

Yes I am aware, however it hasn't been working each time.

I tried just doing shift and enter, but that didn't work, and wanted to see if there were other fixes.

I may just restart and reboot everything to see if this works, it may just be my system.
