Calculate Multiple Agents Yearly Commissions

hello again. I need your expertise...

I'm trying to calculate my agent's yearly production. We have yearly bonuses that reset at the end of the year so I would like a way calculate that.

See the excel attached.

Below are the formulas I'm using to calculate their total production.

=SUMIF($H$8:$H$37,"*PE*",$C$8:$C$37)
=SUMIF($H$41:$H$58,"*PE*",$C$41:$C$58)
=SUMIF($H$62:$H$74,"*PE*",$C$62:$C$74)

In my other formulas, I would use ">"DateCell and "<"DateCell to include a start and end date, but I can't seem to get the above formulas to work with a date range. The closing dates are in Column F

Please.... Help.... (that's a Fifth Element reference)

Well, I'm not sure I'm following you correctly, but I'll guess this formula in cell K40:

=SUMIFS($C$8:$C$37,$H$8:$H$37,"*PE*",F8:F37,">="&K43,F8:F37,"<="&DATE(YEAR(K43),12,31))

You can let me know if I'm way off on understanding what you're asking...

Well, I'm not sure I'm following you correctly, but I'll guess this formula in cell K40:

=SUMIFS($C$8:$C$37,$H$8:$H$37,"*PE*",F8:F37,">="&K43,F8:F37,"<="&DATE(YEAR(K43),12,31))

You can let me know if I'm way off on understanding what you're asking...
