Conditional Formatting Based on Value in another Cell & Todays Date

Hi all & happy new year.

I have a table with dates, one date is a due date and another it the actual date.

What I would like to do is highlight the due date (Column H) if it is older than today (so its over due) but only if the actual service date cell (Column J) is blank.

Hope this makes sense, I have tried many method but to no avail.

    Help is much appreciated.

    Thanks
