Create a function that displays pricing based on age in range?

Hi, all! I'm about intermediate with Excel but for the life of me can't get this function to work. I'm trying to create a worksheet with a table of age ranges + premium prices (for our supplemental life insurance pricing). I'm then trying to create a table where one cell is editable to put salary, another to put age, and the third would have an equation that basically took the person's entered age, pulled the corresponding dollar amount from the age bracket, multiplied it by the salary in the first cell then divided by 100. I've tried all manner of VLOOKUP and IF functions and I think this one is too advanced for me. I hope I explained this well!

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
If that takes care of your original question, please select Thread Tools from the menu link above and mark this thread as SOLVED.

    Administrative Note:

Also, members will tailor the solutions they offer to the version of Office (Excel) that you have. Please check that your forum profile is up-to-date in this respect. If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your version is for Mac, please also state this. Thanks.
