Lookup formula or Filter

I need to compare two columns: Column K and Column L. In column M, I would like to bring back any tickers not in K that are in L.
I had help with a formula but it does not seem to be working and I think a VLookup or a lookup formula may be the answer.
THe current formula in M2 I have half of it in L2, so I actually dont need to replicate that again. I tried to splice out the Filter formula but it was not working for me.
Feel free to just check the first 12-15 rows for the formula to work.
