How To Combine Multiple Columns Into One List based on conditions?

I want to combine all the columns of the same department into one column.

No headers are required in Table 2, only three unique columns are required
    in Table 2.

    Someone help me please.

I amended the headers in row 15...

    =IFERROR(INDEX($1:$1048576,10^6*MOD(AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW($A$3:$D$6)/10^6+COLUMN($A$3:$D$6)/(($A$3:$D$6<>"")*(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(A$15,$A$2:$D$2)))),ROWS(A$16:A16)),1),INT(AGGREGATE(15,6,COLUMN($A$3:$D$6)+ROW($A$3:$D$6)/10^6/(($A$3:$D$6<>"")*(ISNUMBER(SEARCH(A$15,$A$2:$D$2)))),ROWS(A$16:A16))/1)),"")

    copied across and dnown.

    Great.
I was looking for this solution.
Although for an inexperienced Excel user like me it will take a long time to decode it.
    I am grateful to you.
    Thank you very much.

Use formula / evaluate formula to step through it. If you don't understand and want to try to understand... ask. For now...

    You're welcome.
