    Lightbulb Data Validation Custom Formula, Restricting Entry

    Hi...!
    Can anyone guide me adding Data Validation custom formula in to "FILLED QTY GALLON" column to restrict entry if entered quantity is more than the balance quantity in Column O for that particular Tank Number.
