Matching Values for a Data Table

Hi all, first time poster here.

On the right side of the attached xls sheet you will see a table for "Trench Excavation per VF (CF)"

For each pipe diameter, there are two possible values based on the slope (either 1.5:1 or 2:1)

In column F "Trench Excavation Quantity (CF/VF)", I am trying to match the pipe diameter and slope to the value in the corresponding table

I have Row 12 filled in with how it should look

I think I need to use some sort of Index / Match function but I can't figure it out

FYI column "A"-"E" will be manually entered on a case-by-case basis. I will use this information to calculate the volume of excavation in cubic yards

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
