    Excel formula or VBA to find non allocated time

    Dear Forum,
    I have time sheet of employees with their allocated time during a shift time. Between the jobs there are some non allocated slots. How can I figure out those non allocated time. Sample file is attached for perusal.

    Try the following:
    For I5 and down: =IF(G5=F6,"",G5)
    For J5 and down: =IF(I5="","",MIN(D$1,F6))
    For K5 and down: =IF(I5="",0,J5-I5)
