How to show Horizental range in drop down list using formula?

I don't know if my concept is correct or if it will be possible.
My formula looks correct, but the drop down list looks wrong.
How do I show a horizontal range in drop down list in Excel?
I have used this formula below...

    Try this:

    =TRANSPOSE(XLOOKUP(N2&O2,$A$2:$A$14&$B$2:$B$14,$C$2:$D$14):XLOOKUP(N2&O2,$A$2:$A$14&$B$2:$B$14,$C$2:$D$14,,,-1))

Using Name Manager on the Formulas tab you can set the name List2 to refer to:

    =Sheet1!$F$2:$L$2

I'm not sure why you are trying to use XLOOKUP to define the range.

    Hope this helps.

The drop down list does not accept this formula.

No, it won't. You need to define a named range for the place where you have the list. You should know this from what you've already done in that workbook. However, the formula DOES return a vertical list.
