Question Help with IFNA Index Match plus how to check if another condition is met

    Hello All,

I've searched the forum and seen similar but any help guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.

I have used IFNA to check if an email on one sheet range matches an email on another workbook sheet range the email is entered in the field else left blank. Next column simply if the email cell is blank then blank else Yes.

    Formula: copy to clipboard

In the 'quote reg test copy with comments.xlsm' workbook I have added a new column 'Quote Status Email Match'.

What I need is if there is a match to the email in both ranges and the 'If Email Match' column = "Yes" then enter "Yes" in the new column so I can do some conditional formatting.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

Sorry for to add that there can be duplicate emails in each of the workbooks.

On the 'Results History' it looks like this.

The 'Test' sheet is where I want to confirm if there is a match so I can do some conditional formatting e.g. to highlight the email if there is a match to one on the 'Results History' worksheet.

    quote reg test worksheet.PNG

Any guidance, help is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

I would suggest putting both sheets in the same workbook as it makes things easier.
If that were done then the formula could be:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

If the data on the Results History sheet needs to be put in a second workbook then copy that data and paste it into GetOutlookMetadataTest.xlsm workbook and the references should update.
The formula should then look like:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
