I was wondering if there is a simpler way to do this formula?

=E7+C145+C100+(SUMIF(f2,">0",f7))+(SUMIF(f2,">0",f7))+(SUMIF(g2,">0",g7))+(SUMIF(h2,">0",h7))+(SUMIF(i2,">0",i7))+(SUMIF(j2,">0",j7))+(SUMIF(k2,">0",k7))+(SUMIF(l2,">0",l7))+(SUMIF(m2,">0",m7))+(SUMIF(n2,">0",n7))+(SUMIF(o2,">0",o7))+(SUMIF(p2,">0",p7))+(SUMIF(q2,">0",q7))+(SUMIF(r2,">0",r7))+(SUMIF(s2,">0",s7))+(SUMIF(t2,">0",t7))

=E7+C145+C100+SUMIF($F$2:$T$2,">0",$F$7:$T$7)
