I have multi payment modes in "C:C"
I have Running Balance in "G:G".
I want to format correspondent "G" value which is in same row of "C" based on payment modes.
All my values are already formatted as a Table.

Please manually mock-up the highlighting in the cells you want it to be for your small sample dataset and attach it again. Thanks.

Hi
If I understand you correct then go to conditional formatting----> formula--->
=$C2="FOOD" and apply it to $G$2:$G$27
then copy the rule and change "FOOD" to the next search key word and choose other colors, etc.
see attached for example.
Highlighted manually, and attaching the file now.
CF rule for G2:
=$D2="Cash"
Repeat for each of the values (one rule each) and then apply to the range: $G$2:$G$27
Got it Thanks.
My mistake was where does it apply, I selected "G:G".
