It appears to be a quirk of this data set. If you recall from your statistics courses, the Pearson correlation coefficient is calculated as covariance(x,y)/stdev(x)/stdev(y). In your data set, the A and B columns consists only of -1 values, so the stdev(A)=0 and stdev(B)=0, and you cannot divide by 0.
It's more of a statistics question, but I would wonder what exactly a correlation coefficient is supposed to mean when one column/variable never varies. I might suggest that you revisit the statistics side of your problem and review what exactly you are trying to do here.
