Data validation - list & custom
I currently have a table which includes cells with drop down lists, however I want to be able to determine what cells can be filled out - for example if column A = Pending then if you try and enter information into column B it won't be accepted, but if column A = Shipped then information can be entered into column B but it still has to be selected from the drop down list in column B. Is there a way to do this? TIA

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
