Creating a Dynamic List that pulls from one tab to another based on a criteria

Hi all!

I was hoping to get some help in Creating a Dynamic List that pulls the "Full Name" into the 'E3100 M22' tab from Column A on the 'Master Class List' tab, Based on Criteria in Column B "level", on the 'Master Class List'.

Essentially I would like to create a formula that pulls the names from the 'Master Class List' of any participant in level "100" - there name into Column Ain the 'E3100 M22' tab and anyone in level "200" - there name into Column A in the 'E3200 M22' tab.
