Is this doable? lookup images in several cells

I just learnt to use INDEX MATCH to display data from a table, then I had a cool idea:

I also wanted to add images using a simple image lookup, but I didn't find online examples that work for more than one image has anyone done something like this or is it even possible? I made a lookup form to illustrate what I'd like to do.

Since image lookups display what's inside a cell, I shrank and widened my input cell to keep my table height small and fit all my images then enlarged the lookup!
