    Help about FCR Calculation

    Hi There,
    i could not upload excel file but attached jpg file. At first sorry about that.
    My question is, i want to see repeat calls within 2 days. So
    i have phone number,days and call ids. If customer called me wtih in 2 days, i wish to mark the newest day. If customer called me at the same day with different times, i wish also mark it with "1" Call ids are always unique so i see customer called me twice at 05.01.2022

    Yes.. everyone can upload files. You have made a mistake following the instructions in the yellow banner (top).

    Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment.

    So... for a new thread (1st post), scroll to Manage Attachments

    and for a new post in your existing thread click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while composing your reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments.

    In both cases, the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window.

    When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

    From 13th and 15th You mark 15th=1.
    From 15th and 17th You mark nothing for 17th.
    How is it?
    Pl note
    Array formula should be confirmed with Ctrl+Shift+Enter keys together.
    If answere is satisfactory press * to add reputation.

    In D2 then copy down.

    =IF(C3-MAXIFS($C$2:$C2,$B$2:$B2,$B2)<=2,1,"")
