Formula for summing columns with same header by each row

Hi - I need to sum each of the columns with the same header by the department number in column A. So, each department will have a total for Dental, Life AD&D, Vision, etc. Can someone help me?

=SUMPRODUCT(($A$2:$A$11=$A16)*($B$1:$O$1=B$15),$B$2:$O$11)
