I am looking to create a CONCATENATE function which references cells. I typed in the "address" function but I wasn't able to fill the formula down using any of the sequences. I was thinking of creating a custom list but was hoping there was an easier way without creating a macro or VBA program.

Will this be using Office 365? More options, if so.
There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.
A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
