Need Help with adding new criteria to formula

I am trying to add the new condition below to the existing formula in the workbook (Data Tab, column A) but I can't get the formula to work. Would it be possible for someone to please update the formula with this new condition so that it will work? I have listed the the new condition as well as attached a sample workbook.

The new condition is...

If the Cust ID has "PI" on the Ref 2 tab AND if the Cust ID has either an "L" in EITHER pivot table on the Ref 1 tab, return a "Y".
If the Cust ID has "PI" on the Ref 2 tab AND if the Cust ID does NOT have an "L" in EITHER pivot table on the Ref 1 tab, return a "N"

I have a feeling you have way over-complicated your formula...

First, thank you for replying. I understand and I apologize. I inherited this formula and workbook from an old contact. Basically, it is listing conditions on whether to tag the case with a "Y" or a "N" for an audit.

Please let me know if this helps:
If the case's date (Col F) is older that "10/19/2019" OR If the case Stat (Col C) is in a "Pre-Submit" status, display a blank, otherwise...
If the case is NOT found in BOTH pivots on the "Ref 1 tab", display a "N", otherwise...
If the case Form (Col E) is "MB", display a "Y", otherwise...
If BOTH the case Form (Col E) is "GF" BOTH AND the case Type (Col D) is "Add", display Y, otherwise...
If on the "Ref 2 tab" the CovStat (Col B) is NOT "Cancelled" and the CovN (Col C) is among this list (Death, Right, Only) for that specific case, display Y, otherwise...

Firstly, if Ford's formula works, I feel the issue is resolved.
Secondly, it is easier to write/troubleshoot a formula when there is a workbook with which to work.
Thirdly, after reading post #3, it would seem that the arguments resulting in "Y" could be grouped and the argument referencing the pivot tables could be dropped, as anything that doesn't yield a blank or "y" should yield "n".
