Sheet linked to only display current week data

Good morning all, hoping someone can help if at all possible,
I have a sheet that is used as a rota for 100 plus staff who work at different schools in my local authority. Each week i need to send the team a copy of the current weeks rota. I am trying to auto populate a seperate sheet that displays only the current week mon-sun's data so that i can email that sheet thropugh flow. Many thanks for any help.

In your sample file, there is an empty sheet where we would expect to see a mock-up of what you are aiming for.

If you want to retain all the formatting, then I think the best bet would be VBA - is this an option? If so, I will move the thread for you.

Hi AliGW, is it possible without vba? running is difficult given our restrictions with local gov, if its possible?

It may be, however you'd certainly need to replicate the CF on the destination sheet.

I can't help feeling that this is overkill: copy paste values followed by copy paste formatting would take just seconds.

I'm going out soon, so hopefully someone else will have a suggestion.

Re: Sheet linked to only display current week data

I understand, but as that particular sheet will be linked to an automated flow on ms power automate to email the rota weekly i thought best to have additional sheet with only the info to be sent? if you get me.
