Need a formula that changes when I type in a third cell

Please Help!

I need help to type a formula that first counts the total of two different cells, but if/when something is typed in a third cell I need the total of my second and third cell to be summed. The first cell to be excluded from the total.

EX 1 when the product is scheduled on time

EX 2 when the product is delayed. The formula now needs to count the column with the updated week # delivery

I hope my explanation makes sense, I really want this to work.
Also, I know using week numbers probably isnt the best as everytime we get to the next year it is going to show week 53 etc, but as for now weeks is what everyone is using.. :/

=IF(K2="dly",I2+H2,G2+H2)

Try

=H2+IF(I2="",G2,I2)
