Calculate loan balances

Is there any formula for decreasing monthly balances? For ex a car payment or credit card payments. I created a spreadsheet on my monthly expenses along with the starting balances of a few items. I would like for the debts to show an accurate balance. I know some of them will differ because of interest rates.
