Lookup and unique count with condition

Would it be possible to provide a formula for sheet 1 column B which provides:


Total Unique count of serial numbers Where Status = "Active" "Repair" or "Renewed" for Matched IDs (Sheet 1 and Sheet 2)

Just revisiting this thread to clarify something. For the original question you provided a formula which did the following:

Total Unique count of serial numbers Where Status = "Active" "Repair" or "Renewed" for Matched IDs (Sheet 1 and Sheet 2).

I asked Fluff13 to adapt your formula so that it would ignore the lookup to the other sheet and provide the result on sheet2 column E. See attached workbook.

The formula appears to work fine as it returning the expected results however, can you verify that the formula has been adapted correctly? Does it need reducing/adapting any further?
