Removing / Delete same contents from columns

Hi!

I am using MS Office Professional Plus 2010

In the file attached I have 'Column A' with Many Email addresses and 'Column B' with Some Email addresses (selected email addresses from Column A) which are to be removed from 'Column A'

I wish to have 'Column C' with All Email addresses of 'Column A' except the ones in 'Column B'

I have manually did it in the Test file.
