I need to compare two different tables, and calculate how many times a code appears in the other tabe. For example Code ID 1345, in the table in the other tab occurs 16 times.

A VLOOKUP won't help.
You need a COUNTIFS() function. e.g. in D2
COUNTIFS(Visits!$C$2:$C$20,Tabelle1!C2)
Your example isn't very clear. The code you mention doesn't appear and there are only three records in total so I've no idea where the 16 comes from
