Copy table info based on number

I've attached a sample spreadsheet for visual. Basically, I have one tab where I list all my pricing options and if the Quantity is 0 it's not calculated in the total price. Then I have a second tab that's more of a final accounting tab. I only want to copy over the info that's not quantity 0.

Is this doable?
