Row conditonal formating depending on cell value

    Dear,

Please check the file attached > REVENUES > Column M > Conditional Formatting

Currently, I have an already existing formula to display in light grey the rows based on conditions (which works fine) :

    =OR($M2="RECEIVED",$M2="CANCELLED",$F2="FORECAST")

but I'd like to add an exception to display in red the rows where Column M = "UNDETERMINED", I tried the below but it didn't work :

    =IF($M2="UNDETERMINED",,)

Can someone help me fix this additional formatting condition please?

    Thanks
    Simon

    just setup a 2nd rule
    Move that to the top
    and use STOP IF TRUE
    $M2="UNDETERMINED"
I'll edit and post back from your sample

In fact just edit your rule
    to

    $M2="UNDETERMINED"

    @etaf

Thanks for your answer. However, it's not exactly good.

In your file, I see only the rows 3 > 4 in red whereas I normally expect to see rows 3 > 7 in red
