Hi Ali
thank you but I need to apply the formula for the whole column, so how does this need to be please|?
i.e.
Rule for B2:
=A2="Awaiting load"
Rule for B3:
=A3="Awaiting load"
etc
thank you!
Rule for B4:
=A4="Awaiting load"
In the Applies to box: =$B$4:$B$118
thank you Ali!
You're welcome.
