    Conditional formatting with cell value from another column

    Hello all

    How do I setup conditional formatting in column B that highlights in green if the adjacent cell says: Awaiting load

    I.e. highlight celB11 as A11 says: awaiting load

    Rule for B11:

    =A11="Awaiting load"

    thank you but I need to apply the formula for the whole column, so how does this need to be please|?

    i.e.

    Rule for B2:

    =A2="Awaiting load"

    Rule for B3:

    =A3="Awaiting load"

    etc

    In the Applies to box: =$B$4:$B$118
