Want to find a Value from a Column using Row Number

Hi,

I have values in column J.
in cell H8, i have a row number 11 which is variable.

In cell G11, i want value of row no.11 of column J. as value in cell H8 is 11.

(a sample file is attached for further clarification)

=INDIRECT("J" &H8)
