Custom Formatting for below 100 percent RED, above or equal GREEN

Hi experts.

I want to achieve from the Custom Formatting anything below 100% is red, above or equal is green.
I know this also can be easily applied from the Conditional formatting, but I want this feature for charts label.

What I have done is [Red][<100%] ;General;[Green][>=100% with no luck

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't know if you want decimal places in your output or not (I assumed not), but try this Custom Format...

[Red][<1]0%;[Green]0%
