Conditional Formatting Assistance to highlight number of adjacent cells depending on value

Hi Guys,

quick one, what formula do i use for CF under the following conditions:

If cell equals 30 then highlight adjacent cell
If cell equals 45 then highlight 2 adjacent cells
If cell equals 60 then highlight 3 adjacent cells

Data is sporadic over a 1500Row x 100Column table. See attachment
