    Question Calculate duration between rows based on matching services.

    I have a change log, that whenever a user makes a change to a cell it records the change. For example, my users will change an alarm of a service from null to red (Alarm) and then record why that service went red. Once the service is no longer "red" they delete it. I want to be able to calculate the duration of how long each service was alarming. Please see my attached example.

    Sorry, I couldn't figured out what you want.
    Colud you re-upload the 'Before' and 'After' of the change
    and the result you want.
