Calculate a percentage between a range of percentages

Hello everybody,

I need to calculate the percentage of a value, within a range of values, where the minimum value is an x% and the maximum value is a y%.

For example, 90 (minimum value) is equivalent to 90% and 100 (maximum value) to 100%.
I know that 95 will be equivalent to 95%, but how do I calculate in excel so that I can change the value of the minimum and maximum percentages? Example, if 90 becomes 20%, and 100 becomes 50% how much it will be 95 in%?

why cant you just type 20 instead of 90 (and format the cell to show percentage) ?

I'm the one who gives the 20% (for 90).
But how much is 95 in percentage if 90 equals to 20%?

What I need is to calculate is the percentage between a range. If 20€ equals to 90%, and 50€ equals to 95%, how can I calculate in Excel the percentage of 43€?
